Our Strategy

Working with local technology incubators, universities, proven founders and successful management teams, Terrace Capital invests in early and growth stage private companies, typically between $50,000 and $5,000,000. While we are industry agnostic, Terrace Capital is an active investor in real estate, technology, food & beverage, consumer goods, and energy.

In addition to private investments, Terrace Capital actively invests in public securities. As a number of our holdings are private, investing in the public markets provides active liquidity as well as minimizes the effects of the J-Curve.
